RE: Petaluma Valley Rotary's 5th annual
“Lend a Hand to Education”
During 2008-2009, a primary focus of the
Rotary Club of Petaluma Valley is Youth and
Education. We have again looked at the needs
in our community and have decided to
continue our “Lend a Hand to Education”
mini-grant program to build partnerships
between schools, teachers, Rotarians and the
community.
In 2007 and 2008, Petaluma Valley Rotary
distributed over $13,500 in grants to
Petaluma teachers in grades K through 12 for
projects, supplies and field trips that
benefited students.
We are keenly aware of current funding
problems for education of our youth, and
welcome the opportunity of having you as a
sponsor for one of the “Lend a Hand to
Education” grants. Your business may be
